Coming soon to Nantucket’s historic Main Street: A beautifully timeless reconstruction and expansion of one of the island’s most historic homes.

This home was passed down through generations of the same family since 1820 before becoming the latest project for Stahl Property Associates/KMS Design.

According to NHA and Clay Lancaster’s book “The Architecture of Historic Nantucket,” it is “believed that this dwelling was built before the Revolution and moved to its present location from Old Sherburne.”
