This dream began in 2000 when Stahl Group purchased this majestic 5-acre lot just outside the village of Pittsford, NY. In 2006, the Pittsford Fire Department did a controlled burn of the existing home, for training purposes (see photos at bottom of this page).

The newly designed rambling Cape Cod-style home was built not in its place, but at a new, more ideal location for the lot.
